由Niche评选的“大芝加哥最佳公立高中前25强”榜单近日出炉，大芝加哥地区排名第一的最佳高中桂冠被市中心的沃特佩顿高中（Walter Payton College Prep）摘得，“北区大学预科高中”（Northside College Preparatory High School）与北郊的阿德莱斯蒂文森高中（Adlai E. Stevenson High School）分列2、3位。

值得一提的是，大芝加哥地区排名前三的3所公立高中也正是全美公立高中排名中的前三位，芝加哥最好的三所高中也荣幸地成为了全国最好的三所高中。

芝加哥最佳公立高中沃特佩顿高中（Walter Payton College Prep）

Niche评选的重要标准是一所高中的学术表现，包括毕业生SAT与ACT成绩和毕业率等多项指标，学术表现在整个评选的比重占到了60%。其他方面，Niche通过对各所高中在“学术，师资、食品、体育、设施”等多个方面的表现给出评分，最终综合评分得出了该榜单。
